His creativity was a gift, one that he proudly passed down to both of his daughters.

Danny “Chub” Morris, born September 7, 1967, passed away on October 28, 2026. He was the beloved son of the late Walter Morris and Classie Morris, who survives him. Danny leaves behind his loving daughters, Alondra Morris of Buffalo, NY, and Shea Walker (husband Reese Walker) of Douglas, GA, and his beloved grandson Jayden Kirkland. They will forever carry his love, creativity, and artistic spirit.

He is also survived by his sister, Leslie Morris McGriff (husband William McGriff); his brothers, Walter Morris, Darick Morris, and Bernard Morris; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Coretta Morris.

Danny was a gifted artist who attended the Art Institute of Atlanta, where he developed his natural talent and learned to take his artistry to the next level. His creativity was a gift, one that he proudly passed down to both of his daughters.

Beyond his artistic abilities, Danny was known for his playful spirit and sense of humor. He was a true jokester who loved to laugh, fish, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. His beautiful smile, artistic talent, and creative spirit made him truly one of a kind.

He was a true jokester who loved to laugh, fish, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

Danny was among the bravest and toughest of the tough. He faced life with a strength and courage that will never be forgotten. Above all, he was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle whose presence brought joy to those fortunate enough to know him.

Though his time with us has ended, his legacy lives on through his daughters, his family, his artwork, and the countless memories he leaves behind.

His beautiful smile, his creativity, his laughter, and his strength will live on forever. Danny will be missed beyond measure and loved always.

May Danny's memory live on through the beautiful things he created and the love he left behind
