Howard "Howie" Spikes of Syracuse, NY, departed this life on February 25, 2026, following a brief illness. Born on April 27, 1957, in Liberty, NY, Howie lived his life with a distinct rhythm and an unforgettable sense of self.

Howie was known throughout his community as a man who commanded respect simply by walking into a room.
