To Linda, family & friends were everything and she made a family everywhere she went.

Linda Sue Carroll Nicholas was born in Syracuse, New York, to be the chosen daughter of James Brant Carroll and Betty Jane Forth Carroll. She grew up in North Syracuse NY, and graduated in 1965, from North Syracuse High School, where she made life long friends. Linda was an avid reader, and often dreamed of being an author herself one day. She was a great entertainer, and made beautiful cakes. She loved to entertain her family and friends and hosted many holiday gatherings that will be in the memories of many for a long time to come.

Linda was married to her best friend of over 48 years, Roger Paul Nicholas. Together they raised their 3 children, James Paul Nicholas, Jeffrey Scott Nicholas, and Kimberly Anne Schueler, she was a Mom to all who walked through her door.

To Linda, family & friends were everything and she made a family everywhere she went. Linda made a family in Florida, at Kash’n’Karry, her home away from home for over twenty years before retiring as Head Bookkeeper, and she made even more family after moving back home to NY, at the Bernhard’s Bay United Methodist church where she was a beloved member & cherished friend.

Linda was a devoted Christian, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Sister in law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and so much more to so many more.

Linda is predeceased by her parents Betty & James Carroll, grandson Nicholas, and many more that were taken before their time. She is survived by her Husband Roger. Their children, Jim, Jeff, and Kimberly. Nine grandchildren, Karly, David, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Alyssa, Lucas, Robin, Alexandra, Bentley, and her 5 great grandchildren. She is loved by many, and will be missed by all
