Nancy
Ellis
Dec 14, 1936 — Oct 26, 2026
Liverpool
She acquired the nickname 'Fancy Nancy' in the neighborhood because of her elegance, grace and beauty.
Nancy Lee Ellis has passed away. A bright, beautiful and classy woman. She had a great love for life and loved making her house and yard beautiful, dancing, socializing, and vacationing in Florida for the winter. Most of all, she loved her cat Jojo.
She is survived by her third husband, Everett (Rick) Wilson, 7 children, and 6 grandchildren.
She worked for Bond, Schoeneck & King for over 20 years, where she was the first face and the warmest voice that clients and colleagues met each day.
She acquired the nickname “Fancy Nancy” in the neighborhood because of her elegance, grace and beauty. Nancy had a style all her own. She wore open-toe heels every day of the year, Syracuse snowbanks and slush were no match for her sense of glamour.
Her house and yard were like showcases. Friends and family often admired her beautifully decorated rooms. Every space she touched reflected her eye for beauty and her love of welcoming people in.
Every space she touched reflected her eye for beauty and her love of welcoming people in.
She will be greatly missed by many friends, neighbors, and especially by her cat Jojo. There is now a huge hole in our universe.
